Wow.
We’ve shown you DEVICEHIGH’s work before, but his newest creation is absolutely fantastic.
Enjoy.
“I can text in 2.6 seconds. Now, that’s fast!”
“Yes, sir.”
Nice cameo from Mr. Nolan Richardson.

The difference between us and ASU? We might beat Troy.
Arkansas State officials met Monday, and voted for a resolution to change their mascot from the Indians. It appears that Arkansas’ red-headed stepchild just got a little more pathetic.
The Arkansas State University Mascot Review Committee met Monday and voted unanimously to adopt a resolution to recommend retiring the university’s mascot. The committee’s review was initiated by the National Collegiate Athletic Association’s ruling of August, 2005, on the use of Native American imagery by member institutions. Jim Pickens, chair of the committee, stated that in adopting the resolution, the committee has completed phase I of its charge.
Just so you know, State fans, consolidation is out of the question. Also, Razorbacks is taken.
While McFadden’s name is well known now, his popularity will only explode in July when EA Sports’ NCAA Football 2008 video game becomes available. According to an advance preview of the game, McFadden (or the Razorbacks’ No. 5 ) is a star among stars in the game. He is the highest-rated player with a mark of 99 out of 100.
To show how special McFadden is in the minds of the EA Sports, the company’s game designers actually added the Wildcat package to the Razorbacks’ on-screen offensive arsenal. The addition will allow gamers to befuddle opponents with single-wing quarterback play just like the Hogs did to Tennessee in the Razorbacks rousing 31-14 victory over the Vols last November.

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. -- Arkansas reserve forward Cyrus McGowan is leaving the Razorbacks after two seasons.
Cyrus McGowan has received a scholarship release from Arkansas, making him eligible to receive a scholarship immediately at his next school.
McGowan's mother, Florence McGowan, said the player wanted to find more playing time and would have stayed if he was allowed to redshirt the next season. Redshirting would have allowed him to sit out while this year's seniors play and would have given him time to play the following two seasons.
McGowan's mother said coach John Pelphrey told her son that sitting out the coming season was not an option. McGowan never received significant playing time at Arkansas, in part because the 6-foot-9 player was in the team's most populated position.
McGowan is the third player to transfer since Pelphrey was hired, all of them reserves. Sean McCurdy of Westport, Conn., went to William & Mary. Preston Cranford of Heber Springs went to Mid-America Christian University in Oklahoma City.

I updated the header graphic for the site today. An update was needed since the original logo had Stan Heath in the logo. Since he is no longer coach at Arkansas anymore, I needed to either replace his picture with John Pelphrey or go another route with header and not include any coaches. The coaching landscape is always changing, so I didn't want to change this graphic each time there was a coaching change. I decided to go with a more generic sports theme. The current design is definitely football themed. I hope to have other versions for some of the other sports soon.
I also plan on doing a bigger site upgrade soon to a newer version to add some new features and capabilities to the site. Keep checking out the site for many new great additions.
As always don't forget to Call The Hogs this year!
